Oatmeal Almond Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 c almond milk or milk of your choice
  • c oats anything but steel cut, I use rolled oats
  • ¼ c almond butter or nut butter of your choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 10-12 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for at least two minutes.**
  • Pour into a large glass with a smoothie straw and enjoy!

Notes

*Makes one really big smoothie or two medium smoothies.
**This will feel like forever, but it's necessary to really blend up those oats!
