Oatmeal Almond Butter Protein Shake

almond milk
or milk of your choice
⅓
c
oats
anything but steel cut, I use rolled oats
¼
c
almond butter
or nut butter of your choice
1
scoop
vanilla protein powder
1
scoop
collagen powder
2
tbsp
ground flax seeds
1
tbsp
maple syrup
½
tsp
cinnamon
10-12
ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for at least two minutes.**
Pour into a large glass with a smoothie straw and enjoy!
Notes
*Makes one really big smoothie or two medium smoothies.
**This will feel like forever, but it's necessary to really blend up those oats!
