This dressing is creamy, bright, and a little bit tangy. It’s delicious paired with even more greens, or richer, heartier salads with dried fruit and nuts. It makes a great dip for vegetables, too.

Tangy Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ c plain greek yogurt
- ¾ c chopped cucumber
- 1 c parsley
- ½ c basil
- ¼ olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Use as a crudite dip, or salad dressing.
