Tangy Green Goddess Dressing

Looking for a creamy, herby dressing to dress up your salads or use as a veggie dip? This tangy green goddess dressing will be a winner for you!

This dressing is creamy, bright, and a little bit tangy. It’s delicious paired with even more greens, or richer, heartier salads with dried fruit and nuts. It makes a great dip for vegetables, too.

Tangy Green Goddess Dressing

Cook Time10 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ c plain greek yogurt
  • ¾ c chopped cucumber
  • 1 c parsley
  • ½ c basil
  • ¼ olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Use as a crudite dip, or salad dressing.
